Tranquil Days Collective purchases are shipped via Australia Post from Tamborine Mountain, Queensland, Australia.

Parcel Shipping costs are:

Standard: $9.95 - Australia Post Standard Satchell

Express: $12.95 - Australia Post Express Satchell

Both options include tracking which will be sent to you via email or text (dependent on the notification option you select at check out)          

Please note that all our freight options are tracked due to the one off nature of our handmade items, if an item does not reach its destination it is not a simple case of product reissue as most items are unique / one off productions.
